NetGraph
已上架 v1.0.5Wi-Fi heatmaps & site survey
What it is
NetGraph is a professional Wi-Fi site survey and heatmap app for network engineers, IT teams, installers, and low-voltage integrators. Floor plans, field measurements, and multi-metric heatmaps make wireless coverage and real-world experience visible — surfacing weak coverage, channel interference, roaming issues, latency, and packet loss — and turn them into client-ready image or PDF reports.
Who it’s for
- IT ops and network engineers delivering coverage survey reports
- Installers and low-voltage integrators doing Wi-Fi acceptance testing
- Anyone running multi-AP networks: offices, hotels, schools, malls, warehouses
Key features
- Projects & floor plans: organize by customer, project, and floor; import plans and calibrate scale; place routers, APs, and controllers on the plan
- Field surveying: direct and planned sampling, with photos, notes, and resample flags per point — data linked to plan positions
- Wi-Fi analysis: Mac offers the fullest scanning — signal, SNR, noise, channels, bands, BSSID, neighboring APs, and interference; iPhone / iPad read enhanced metrics via Shortcuts for mobile sampling
- Network experience tests: public/LAN latency, packet loss, upload/download throughput — pinpoint whether the problem is coverage, LAN, or egress
- Roaming tests: watch devices move between APs, log switches, latency, loss, and events, and export PDF
- Multi-metric heatmaps: signal, SNR, noise, link rate, throughput, latency, loss — multi-pane comparison and custom color schemes
- Exports: PNG heatmaps and multi-page PDFs covering multiple floors and metrics
- Three platforms: Mac, iPhone, and iPad with layouts tuned per device
Why I built it
Professional surveying tools usually lean on the cloud — yet survey data is exactly the data that should stay on site. NetGraph’s answer is direct: fully offline, zero data collection. The report belongs to you, and so does the data.
Tip
Distribute sample points evenly and re-sample similar locations for the most stable heatmap results.
