Data We Collect

NetGraph collects, stores, and transmits nothing to our servers. Survey data lives in the on-device SwiftData database and app sandbox; there is no CloudKit or any cloud sync, and the app contains no third-party analytics, tracking, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs.

Permissions: location access is a technical prerequisite for reading Wi-Fi data on Apple platforms — we never read your GPS coordinates or physical location; local network access reaches devices on your LAN (gateways, ACs, NAS) for tests; photos are chosen via the system picker only; public-network tests use plain HTTPS to targets you configure, with no extra permissions. Wi-Fi data is read live only while you survey — never in the background — and upload tests send randomly generated bytes containing no user data.

How We Use Information

Any information described above is used only to keep the app working properly, respond to your support requests, troubleshoot and fix issues, and improve the product. We never use it for any other purpose, never for advertising or profiling, and we never sell it to anyone.

Data Storage & Security

NetGraph is designed around data minimisation: your data stays on your device by default (or syncs, at your option, to a cloud account you control), and our servers do not store your data. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information received through support channels from unauthorised access — though no system can promise absolute security.

Third-Party Services

This app integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We never collect or store your payment details — purchases are processed by Apple.

Retention & Deletion of Support Inquiries

When you contact us by email or similar means, we receive the information you provide (such as your email address and a description of the issue). We keep it only as long as needed to handle your request; you may ask us to delete it at any time.

Your Rights

Under applicable laws and regulations (including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China), you have the following rights:

• Access & correction — view and edit your content and settings in the app at any time;
• Deletion — deleting the app deletes local data; if you enabled cloud sync, you can also delete it in the corresponding cloud service;
• Withdrawing consent — you can revoke permissions anytime in system settings; revocation does not affect data already stored locally;
• Account deletion — not applicable: the app requires no account.

Protection of Minors

NetGraph is a general-audience app. We never knowingly collect personal information or market to minors. Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL), personal information of minors under 14 is sensitive personal information and may only be processed with a guardian's consent. If you are under 14, please read this policy with a guardian and use the app only with their consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor under 14 without guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.

Updates to This Policy

This policy may change as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and applies to all supported platform versions of NetGraph.
